Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk creamer
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 dashes golden flaxseed
  • garnish sliced almonds, dried lavender, dried cranberries, unsweetened coconut flakes


  • Combine blueberries, mango, coconut milk creamer, water, oats and flax seeds in blender
  • Blend until you get smoothie consistency
  • Pour blender items in bowl
  • Garnish the top of smoothie bowl with garnished ingredients
