Eat, Drink and Be Scary
I can’t boo-lieve how simple this Giddyup Guacamole Mix from Tastefully Simple was, and the flavor is fang-tastic!

This recipe is so simple all you have to do is add avocados and water for perfect guac loaded with tomatoes, mild green chiles, and a hint of lime.
After all, ingredients are combined, you can place plastic wrap over the top for cooling in the fridge. TIP: If you press the plastic wrap down ontop of guacamole, it can prevent it from browning while chilling in the refrigerator.

After cooling the guacamole, it’s time to transform it into Frankenstein, transfer the guacamole to the platter, and mold into a square. I added nuts and tomatoes to create the features on Frankenstein’s’ face. You can customize per your dietary needs or work with what you have in the house. Like red peppers work for stitching, black olives for bolts, and so on. It’s your project and remember art has no rules.

Serve tortilla chips with the guacamole dip by placing them on the platter all around Frankenstein’s head. I’m a new Tastefully Simple Independent Consultant, so this was my first time trying the Giddyup Guacamole, and I give it a thumbs up. It was simple to prepare and delicious to eat.
