After all, ingredients are combined, you can place plastic wrap over the top for cooling in the fridge. TIP: If you press the plastic wrap down ontop of guacamole, it can prevent it from browning while chilling in the refrigerator.

After cooling the guacamole, it’s time to transform it into Frankenstein, transfer the guacamole to the platter, and mold into a square. I added nuts and tomatoes to create the features on Frankenstein’s’ face. You can customize per your dietary needs or work with what you have in the house. Like red peppers work for stitching, black olives for bolts, and so on. It’s your project and remember art has no rules.

Notes

After guacamole refrigeration, I placed guacamole on a serving platter and created a square shape for the head. Then I added two sliced cherry tomatoes for the eyes, summer sausage for the hair, chile cashews for the neck nuts/bolts, sliced almonds for the mouth/teeth, and sliced almonds & cashews for facial stitch. I encourage creativity, and remember art has no rules. You can you black olives for bolts and red pepper for the stitch. The possibilities are endless; have fun!

The guacamole pairs nicely with the monster cookies, especially if you want to stick to a monster theme.
