COLD VEGGIE PIZZA

I set my oven to bake @400 degrees and then I placed my dough on the cookie sheet. For flavor, I sprinkled Trader Joe’s Mushroom Unami Seasoning.

I used one and a half cream cheese packages.

I added Hidden Valley Dips Chive and Onion to the top of my room temperature cream cheese.

I used my KitchenAid mixer to mix the two ingredients together.

I used a rubber spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture to the cool downed pizza dough.

Sprinkle veggies of choice.

  • sundried tomatoes
  • shredded carrots
  • black olives
  • broccoli
  • green onions

Other topping ideas:

  • green olives
  • artichoke hearts
  • tomatoes
  • shredded cheese
  • red onion
  • pepper
  • mushrooms
  • capers
  • nuts
  • seeds
  • purple cabbage
